Delete securely in the app
Sign in, open Profile › Me, choose Delete Account, then type DELETE to confirm. The deletion starts immediately and does not require a separate support request.
Delete individual data without deleting your account
You can remove a saved Look from Timeline by opening it and choosing Delete Look. You can remove a product from Profile › My Haul by opening the item and choosing Delete. These items are removed from your account and synced storage without deleting the account. To request deletion of other specific account data, email Mirror Mirror Support from the email address associated with your account and describe the data you want removed. We will verify that you control the account before acting. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, safety or legal records may still be retained as explained below.
If you cannot sign in
Email Mirror Mirror Support from the email address associated with your account and ask for account deletion. We will verify that you control the account before deleting it. Never send your password or verification code.
Data that is deleted
Deletion removes your account, profile, cosmetic preferences, My Haul items, saved Looks, stored photos, routine and analysis history, AI safety reports linked to the account, and other account content held by Mirror Mirror. Raw routine-analysis photos and ordinary voice or typed routine questions are already processed transiently as described in the Privacy Notice.
Limited records that may be kept
Mirror Mirror, Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat or payment providers may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, safety or legal records for the period required by law or legitimate compliance needs. Those retained records do not contain your face photos. Anonymous aggregate information that cannot identify you may also remain.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store, Google Play or web subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription separately with the applicable store or payment provider before deleting the account if you do not want it to renew.
