The service
Mirror Mirror provides personalised cosmetic, skincare, makeup, style and product guidance using information and photos you choose to provide. You remain responsible for deciding whether to follow any suggestion and for checking product instructions, ingredients, suitability and patch-testing guidance.
Cosmetic guidance only
Mirror Mirror does not diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any medical condition and is not a substitute for a doctor, dermatologist or other qualified professional. Do not use the app for emergencies. Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience a concerning or persistent reaction.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 to create or use an account. Keep your account details accurate and secure. Do not use Mirror Mirror to upload unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening or infringing content; attempt to generate dangerous or offensive material; interfere with the service; reverse engineer protected services or models; evade access controls; or misuse another person’s image or information. You must have permission to upload any image or information relating to another person. Public social posting and friend-sharing features are not available in this release.
AI-generated results
AI and computer-vision results can be incomplete or wrong, can vary between images and conditions, and may not identify every visible feature. Outputs are suggestions rather than guarantees. Mirror Mirror applies validation and safety controls, but you should use your own judgment and verify important information. Use the in-app report control if a routine reply is unsafe or offensive; the displayed question and reply will be sent for authorised human safety review.
Subscriptions
Mirror Mirror may offer a seven-day access period without collecting payment details. This free access does not start a subscription, does not renew and does not charge you automatically. When it ends, paid features pause unless you choose to purchase MirrorMirror Assistant Pro. A paid monthly subscription begins only after you confirm the price and purchase through the App Store, Google Play or the secure web checkout. It then renews monthly until cancelled through the applicable payment provider. Restore Purchases and subscription-management controls are available where supported. Refunds and cancellation timing are handled under the applicable provider rules and local law.
Account deletion and subscriptions
You can delete your Mirror Mirror account in the app. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store, Google Play or web subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription separately before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew. The applicable store, payment providers or Mirror Mirror may retain transaction records where required for billing, fraud prevention, tax or legal compliance.
Products and external services
Product information and purchase links may come from third parties. Availability, ingredients, price and retailer terms can change. A link may become an affiliate link, in which case Mirror Mirror may receive a commission without increasing your price. Purchases from external retailers are between you and that retailer.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give Mirror Mirror a limited permission to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the features you request, subject to the Privacy Notice. We do not claim ownership of your photos or profile.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features, models or integrations to maintain safety, security, legality or service quality. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Internet, camera, location, store and third-party service availability may affect functionality.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirror Mirror is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly required by law.
